1. Are your Crocs 100% original?

Yes. Every pair we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from official distributors. No replicas, no copies.
2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery across Lebanon usually takes 2–3 days, depending on your area.
3. Can I exchange my order if the size doesn’t fit?

Of course. We offer free size exchange within 48 hours, as long as the Crocs are unused and in original packaging.
4. Do you have all sizes available?

Most colors and models are available from kids to adults. If a size is out of stock, you can contact us and we’ll notify you once it’s restocked.
5. Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery all over Lebanon.
